Grouping nearby sites on one run splits the travel cost and London charges between them. Looking up a postcode fills in the distance, drive time (plus traffic allowance) and any ULEZ / congestion charge.
Size: trays, panels and other signs go by length (small under 2m, medium 2–5m, large over 5m or multiple trays). Built-up letters go by letter height (small under 300mm, medium 300–600mm, large over 600mm); a tray with letters on it goes by tray length. Letter times allow for up to 10 letters, and each letter over 10 adds to the letter time pro rata. Times include clean, fixing check and, for illuminated signs, opening up and testing LEDs and power supplies.

Major parts reserve is the yearly amount put aside for power supply and LED module replacement, so a failure inside the 5-year warranty is already paid for. Maintenance parts cover fuses, seals, fixings, vinyl touch-ups and the like.
